Learn about the Cornell Road project from 5-7 p.m. June 25 at the Cedar Mill Library, 12505 NW Cornell Road.
The design consultant and County staff will be available to answer questions about the project. No formal presentation is planned; stop by any time during open house hours.
Cornell Road will be widened to three lanes, one travel lane in each direction with a center turn lane, between 102nd and 113th avenues. Additional improvements include:
- A traffic signal at Cornell Road and 107th Avenue.
- Sidewalks and bike lanes.
- Improved street lighting and storm drainage.
Construction is expected to begin in spring 2020 with completion anticipated in December 2020.
This projected is funded the County’s Major Streets Transportation Improvement Program (MSTIP).
