Two road projects are starting construction. Visit the construction kickoff websites to learn more and submit questions.

Cornell Road between 102nd and 113th avenues

Construction begins Feb. 15 on Cornell Road. This project includes adding a center turn lane, bike lanes and sidewalks. A traffic signal is being installed at the Cornell Road and 107th Avenue intersection.

A Clean Water Services sanitary sewer line and a Tualatin Valley Water District waterline are being installed during construction.

Work will continue through summer 2023.

Cornelius Pass Road between Tualatin Valley Highway (OR-8) and Frances Street

Cornelius Pass Road begins in March. The road is being widened to match the road to the north. A dedicated turn lane is being built on Tualatin Valley Highway onto Cornelius Pass Road.

A drinking water pipeline is being installed under Cornelius Pass Road for the Willamette Water Supply Program. For information about the pipeline, email or call 503-941-4563.

Construction will continue through December 2023.
