The closure of 69th Avenue for replacement of the bridge at Rock Creek has been extended through June 25.

Traffic will continue to detour onto Quatama Street, Cornelius Pass and Baseline roads, Century Boulevard and Dogwood Street. See map

The old timber bridge on 69th Avenue (formerly 227th Avenue) is being replaced with a wider single-span concrete bridge. The road has been closed since Aug. 15.

The estimated $3.5 million project is funded through the Washington County Road Fund in partnership with the city of Hillsboro.
