Comment on design alternatives for the Denney Road Project from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, April 6, at the Beaverton Operations Center, 9600 SW Allen Blvd.
Talk with County, city and design staff about proposed improvements to Denney Road. The design alternatives vary between two and three lanes between Scholls Ferry Road (Highway 210) and Highway 217. Left-turn lanes and a mid-block crossing are also under consideration. All alternatives have bike and pedestrian facilities and a mid-block crossing at SW 103rd Avenue.
Project design is expected to continue through spring 2024.
The estimated cost is $6.3 million. Funding comes from the Major Streets Transportation Improvement Program (MSTIP), the city of Beaverton and utility reimbursements.
