Ordinance No. 781 consistent with Oregon Senate Bill 1531, Ordinance No. 781 proposes a moratorium, effective through May 1, 2015, prohibiting distribution of medical marijuana or its derivatives in unincorporated Washington County, including use of any building, structure, location, premises, or land for the business or sale of such products.
Ordinance No. 780 proposes to amend the Sunset West Community Plan by dividing Area of Special Concern (ASC) #11 into two new subareas, 11a and 11b. These subareas specify where different building height requirements apply within the ASC. Changes are made to ASC #11 text and the Areas of Special Concern map.
A-Engrossed Ordinance No. 775 proposes to prepare Area 93 for its transfer to Washington County by amending the Washington County Comprehensive Framework Plan for the Urban Area (CFP) to apply the Future Development 20 Acre District (FD-20 District) designation to Area 93, and to formally identify the service providers for Area 93 that will apply when the area is transferred to Washington County. The ordinance also updates applicable maps in the Washington County Transportation Plan to include Area 93, and to apply appropriate Washington County road designations.
