Adopted or Rejected Land Use Ordinances

Ordinance No. 686 proposes to amend the Rural/Natural Resource Plan, the Comprehensive Framework Plan for the Urban Area (CFP), the East Hillsboro Community Plan and the Community Development Code (CDC) to incorporate changes to the regional urban growth boundary (UGB) by Metro in 2005.

Ordinance No. 685 proposes to amend the Community Development Code (CDC), Section 430-1.1, relating to Special Use Standards for Residential Accessory Uses and Structures.

Ordinance No. 684 proposes to amend the Community Development Code (CDC) relating to yard setbacks for manufactured dwellings in manufactured dwelling subdivisions approved before December 27, 1983.

A-Engrossed Ordinance No. 683 proposes to amend the Comprehensive Framework Plan for the Urban Area, the 2020 Transportation Plan, the Aloha-Reedville-Cooper Mountain Community Plan, the Raleigh Hills-Garden Home Community Plan and the Community Development Code to make general update and housekeeping amendments.

Ordinance No. 682 proposes to amend a portion of Article V of the Community Development Code that applies to new development located outside of urban growth boundaries to provide additional safety criteria for public roadways that may be affected by rural developments with high potential trip generation (more than 200 average daily trips).

Ordinance No. 680 proposes to amend the Washington County-Wilsonville Urban Planning Area Agreement Element of the Washington County Comprehensive Plan relating to City planning of the Coffee Creek Master Plan Area

Ordinance No. 671 proposes to amend the Rural Natural Resource Plan, the Comprehensive Framework Plan for the Urban Area, and the West Union Community Plan relating to areas added to the Urban Growth Boundary by Metro in 2004. This ordinance would apply the Future Development 20 Acre District (FD-20) to the new 2004 urban lands.

Ordinance No. 669 proposes to amend the Comprehensive Framework Plan for the Urban Area (CFP) and the Community Development Code (CDC) relating to housekeeping and general update amendments.
