Meet the construction contractor and project team for the Springville Road Project at an open house, 5-7 p.m. Thursday, June 20, at Bethany Presbyterian Church, 15505 NW Springville Road.
Springville Road will be widened between the Portland Community College (PCC) Rock Creek Campus and Joss Avenue. Improvements include:
- A center turn lane
- Bike lanes and sidewalks
- A multiuse (bike and pedestrian) path
- Streetlights
- A traffic signal at Joss Avenue
- Replacement of two culverts
Construction is starting this month and is expected to be completed in December 2025.
The estimated $16.4 million project is paid for through the North Bethany County Service District for Roads.
No presentation is planned during the open house; drop by any time between 5-7 p.m. to meet with the project team and have your questions answered. Exhibits will be posted on the project webpage following the event.
