Meet the construction contractor and project team for the Springville Road Project at an open house, 5-7 p.m. Thursday, June 20, at Bethany Presbyterian Church, 15505 NW Springville Road(Link is external).
Springville Road will be widened between the Portland Community College (PCC) Rock Creek Campus and Joss Avenue. Improvements include:
- A center turn lane
- Bike lanes and sidewalks
- A multiuse (bike and pedestrian) path
- Streetlights
- A traffic signal at Joss Avenue
- Replacement of two culverts
Construction is starting this month and is expected to be completed in December 2025.
The estimated $16.4 million project is paid for through the North Bethany County Service District for Roads.
No presentation is planned during the open house; drop by any time between 5-7 p.m. to meet with the project team and have your questions answered. Exhibits will be posted on the project webpage following the event.
