The Alliance operates under an inter-governmental agreement and bylaws and follows the EMS Foundational Principles.
It is the responsibility of the Alliance Governing Board, or their backups, to represent their jurisdiction's perspectives and concerns to determine what is in the best interest of Washington County's EMS system.
