Office Closure Notice

The lobby of the Developmental Disabilities office located at 3700 SW Murray Blvd, Ste. 2100, in Beaverton, will be temporarily closed February 5-July 7th, and reopening on July 8, 2024. This office location will still accept documents in the drop box located outside of the building and is open for appointment only. Brokerages are a choice for case management for adults who live in their own home or with their family. Brokerages help people plan for the supports they need to live in their community.

A personal agent works with the person to create a plan for the life they want based on their needs. The personal agent also helps the person get the tools to make their plan happen.
