Office Closure and Changes

The Developmental Disabilities Service Center East office located at 3700 SW Murray Blvd, Suite 2100 in Beaverton, has permanently transitioned to "appointment only." The lobby is closed to walk-in traffic. You may still use our outdoor Dropbox for submitting paperwork.

Please visit our Hillsboro location at 5240 NE Elam Young Parkway, Suite 150. Our Hillsboro office is open to the public Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Brokerages are a choice for case management for adults who live in their own home or with their family. Brokerages help people plan for the supports they need to live in their community.

A personal agent works with the person to create a plan for the life they want based on their needs. The personal agent also helps the person get the tools to make their plan happen.
