You are not alone. What you are doing is important. It is also hard and tiring. At a support group you can meet other people caregiving, feel supported and heard, and learn tips and tools for providing care.

Washington County Family Caregiver Support Program offers support groups for any unpaid relative, spouse, partner, friend or neighbor caring for an aging loved one.

Counseling support
