While public access to Washington County services is limited due to COVID-19 precautions, the property tax payment lobby at the Charles D. Cameron Public Services Building remains closed. We are not able to accept payments made in person at this time.

We strongly encourage payments by mail, online, over the phone, or through the property owner’s designated financial institution. Payments by personal check, cashier's check, or money order can be deposited at the property tax drop box located near the west entrance (outside the auditorium) of the Public Services Building, 155 N. First Avenue in Hillsboro.

For those who typically prefer to pay with cash, please obtain a money order or cashier's check and send it by mail or deposit in the secure drop box at the location mentioned above. Payment should also include the payment coupon to ensure accurate processing.
