Please be ready to provide identifying information and where the child is, if known. This number is available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.

- To report abuse, neglect or financial exploitation of an older adult or individual with a physical disability in Washington County, call 971-673-5200(Link opens phone app). Phones are answered M-F from 8 AM to 5 PM.
- To report abuse, neglect, or financial exploitation involving an adult experiencing an intellectual or developmental disability in Washington County, call 503-846-6272(Link opens phone app) or email: ddabusereporting@washingtoncountyor.gov. For concerns not pertaining to abuse or neglect that need to be addressed outside of general business hours and on weekends, call the Mobile Crisis Team at 503-291-9111(Link opens phone app).
