Washington County Parks will host two free, family friendly summer concerts at the C-Ramp Recreation Area at Hagg Lake on July 13 and August 3. Concerts begin at 7 p.m. on both dates, featuring popular Northwest bands:
- Saturday, July 13 - Nate Botsford (country rock hybrid style)
- Saturday, August 3 – Rockit Radio (high energy, party rock)
Along with the musical entertainment, the following opportunities are also available:
- Centro Cultural's "Las Mariposas Folklóricas" will open for both shows at 6:15 p.m.
- Activities for children provided by Forest Grove Parks & Rec
- Food & beverage vendors available at 5 p.m.
- Kayak & paddleboard rentals available from 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Additional information before you go:
- Chairs and picnic blankets are welcome. Please leave umbrellas, tents and canopies at home to provide the best view of the stage for all.
- BEE careful! The bees are buzzing at the park so those with allergies should come prepared.
- In addition to food and beverage vendors, Ochoa's Mexican Food, Franko's Hot Dogs and Ridgewalker Brewing, picnics are also welcome.
- Concerts are free! Parking passes are required. Daily passes ($7) are available at the entrance fee booth (cash or credit) or machine at C-Ramp (credit only).
- Enter to win a special giveaway at the Parks Info Booth!
- Attendees are encouraged to leave dogs at home. Dogs who do attend with their people are required to be leashed at all times.
- Absolutely no fireworks are allowed due to surrounding forest land and hot dry summer weather conditions.

About Henry Hagg Lake and Scoggins Valley Park
Within the scenic foothills of the Coast Range, Henry Hagg Lake is a cherished destination for outdoor enthusiasts. As part of Scoggins Valley Park, the lake is owned by the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation and managed by Washington County Parks.
This expansive 2,500-acre park offers a range of recreational opportunities from fishing and boating to exploring over 14 miles of multi-use trails and enjoying an 18-hole disc golf course. Scoggins Valley Park also provides numerous picnic areas, making it an ideal spot for outdoor gatherings. Located at 50250 SW Scoggins Valley Road, the park welcomes guests year-round from sunrise to sunset. While entry to the park is free, a parking pass is required for vehicles, with daily and annual passes available for purchase.
