Washington County Animal Services Offers New Shelter Hours

For Immediate Release: Wednesday, October 21, 2009

Effective October 17, Washington County Animal Services & Bonnie L. Hays Small Animal Shelter has the following new shelter hours.

Business and Pet Lost & Found Hours

• 9 a.m.—6 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays—Saturdays
• 12 noon—6 p.m. on Wednesdays

Pet Adoption Hours

• 11 a.m.—5:30 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays—Saturdays
• 12 noon—5:30 p.m. Wednesdays

"We're opening our pet lost and found and business operations one hour earlier so it's more convenient for our customers," says Deborah Wood, Animal Services manager.
