The public is asked to lend their voices to a conversation about a vision for an accessible community. The event will take place on Friday, December 13, 10:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. at the Virginia Garcia Wellness Center, 1151 N. Adair, Cornelius.

Topics will include:

  • The needs of seniors and adults with disabilities
  • How to get help from Oregon Department of Human Services - Aging and People with Disabilities; Washington County Disability, Aging & Veteran Services (DAVS); and Washington County Developmental Disabilities
  • Information on health insurance through Cover Oregon
  • Navigating services for young adults with disabilities
