The Real Estate and Planning team is responsible for management of the County's Real Property portfolio including owned and leased buildings, and other miscellaneous properties. It plans for the efficient use of County real property. The team acquires buildings and land for county use and disposes of surplus properties through public auction or conveyance to other agencies.
