Facilities Operations and Maintenance

Operations and Maintenance is responsible for custodial services, preventive maintenance, grounds, reactive repairs, and efficient building operations. We are committed to providing high quality service to effectively and efficiently support and maintain Washington County's buildings.

Our work is accomplished with a combination of County staff and outside contractors. Our highly qualified technical staff provide routine preventive and reactive maintenance and leverage outside contractors as needed for specialized services.
