The Capital Project team is responsible for managing Washington County capital improvement projects, maintaining digital building information models of county buildings, and purchasing, managing and installing furniture in county facilities.
Capital improvements
- Build, renovate and improve properties for employee use
- Plan and execute space planning projects
- Manage the Building Equipment Replacement budget and projects
- Build new facilities for public and County use
Building Information Management (BIM)
- Develop multi-discipline models for digital facility management
- Manage building standards, laser scanning, cost plan, and document archive
Furniture management
- Purchase and manage inventory for projects, general county use, and work orders
- Build, reconfigure and repair systems furniture
