WANTED SEX OFFENDER - Updated April, 2015
In the interest of community safety, the Washington County Parole & Probation Division is requesting public assistance in locating the whereabouts of sex offender Robert Edward Foster. Upon his release from jail, he failed to report to his PO and a warrant has been issued for his arrest. Anyone who sees him or comes into contact with this subject should not approach Mr. Foster themselves, and should notify law enforcement immediately by calling 9-1-1.
This notification is to promote public safety and to enlist community support in apprehending the offender.

CURRENT STATUS
Mr. Foster was sentenced in 2011 to 37 months in Prison for Attempted Sexual Abuse I and Burglary II.
VICTIM PROFILE
Foster’s victim in his most recent conviction was an adult female stranger, who he sexually assaulted after following her into a public bathroom on a college campus.
PROBATION RESTRICTIONS & CONDITIONS
Mr. Foster is not allowed contact with his victim or minors. He is prohibited from consuming alcohol, mind-altering drugs, or associating with known drug users. Foster must register as a sex offender with law enforcement, participate in sex offender treatment, and submit to regular polygraph examinations.
