Legal Status/Convictions:
Roger L. Larocque will begin post-prison supervision on April 4, 2015 upon his release from prison. He will reside, on a transitional basis, at Washington County Community Corrections Center (WCCC) when he is relesed. Mr. Larocque will be on community supervision until January 1, 2019, after being convicted of Rape II and Unlawful Contact with a Child on January 23, 2008.
It is important to note that Oregon is a 'determinate sentencing state' meaning the length of an offender's sentence is set by the court at sentencing. Offenders are released when they complete their imposed sentences. In this case, Mr. Larocque has served his time and, by law, will be released to his county of residence, where he wil be under community supervision by Washington County Parole and Probation, Sex Crimes Team.
Special Conditions of Parole/Post-Supervision:
Mr. Larocque is not allowed to have any contact whatsoever with any minors or go to any place where minors congregate (i.e. parks, schools, arcades, libraries, etc.) He is not allowed to have any contact with his victim. Mr. Larocque is not allowed to use or possess alcohol, drugs or pornographic material of any kind.
He will be required to engage in sex offender treatment, submit to polygraphs, register as a sex offender and meet with his supervising officer frequently. Mr. Larocque will initially be placed on electronic GPS monitoring.
