Legal Status/Convictions: On community supervision until 08/22/2016 after being convicted of Burglary I and two counts of Aggravated Harassment, which occurred on 7/7/2009, 1/13/10, and 6/8/10, respectively.

Special Conditions of Probation/Parole/Post-Prison Supervision: Mr. Pierce is not allowed to have contact with minors or go to any place where minors congregate (i.e. parks, schools, arcades, libraries.) In addition, Mr. Pierce will not be allowed to use or possess alcohol, drugs, pornographic material of any kind, nor access the Internet. He may be required to attend sex offender treatment and will be required to take mental health medications, report to the probation office and take random urinalysis tests.

Prior Convictions: Oregon history-In 1993, Mr. Pierce was convicted of Rape I and Sex Abuse I and was committed to Oregon Youth Authority. He reports that he was 15 years old and the victim was 13 yrs. In 1996 he was convicted of Assault IV and in 1998 of Trespass II. In 2001 Mr. Pierce was convicted of Forgery I and Theft II and in 2002 he was convicted of PCS, Forgery II x 2, Criminal Possession of Forgery Instrument, Forgery I and ID Theft. In 2003 he was convicted of Harassment-Intimate Touching and Indecent Exposure (separate incidents.) The harassment case involved him touching a female stranger's buttocks. The exposure case involved him masturbating in front of a female stranger. In 2006 he was convicted of Criminal Trespass I and in 2007 he was convicted of Disorderly Conduct and Harassment. In 2009 Mr. Pierce was convicted of Attempted Burglary I.

In 1997 Mr. Pierce was convicted of DUII in the state of Washington.
