Garden Home Road-Multnomah Boulevard Improvement

The Portland Bureau of Transportation, through a funding partnership with Washington County, plans to improve the intersection of SW Multnomah Boulevard, Garden Home Road and 69th Avenue to reduce crashes, improve sight distance, address queueing issues, and provide safer, more comfortable pedestrian and bicycle facilities.

City of Portland's SW Multnomah Boulevard / Garden Home Road Intersection Safety Project


The Portland Bureau of Transportation, through a funding partnership with Washington County, plans to improve the intersection of SW Multnomah Boulevard, Garden Home Road and 69th Avenue to reduce crashes, improve sight distance, address queueing issues, and provide safer, more comfortable pedestrian and bicycle facilities.

A 2-page initial fact sheet released in February 2018 provides conceptual data and a high-level preliminary design option, with a project timeline.

Portland is leading the public involvement and going out to the community, taking input, and connecting with organizations.
