The Washington County Board of Commissioners will host virtual business meetings on Zoom to provide an opportunity for public testimony during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Board of Commissioners to host virtual business meetings on Zoom

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Board remains committed to broad community engagement and transparency of government. To provide an opportunity for public testimony while physical distancing guidelines are in effect, the Board will host virtual business meetings on Zoom, beginning April 21, 2020 at 10 a.m.

Those wishing to provide testimony on agenda items or provide oral communication at designated times must register in advance. Please visit the How to Testify webpage for registration instructions and contact information. For additional information on meeting dates and times, please visit the Board Meeting Schedule webpage .


The public may also submit comments or questions via email, 24 hours in advance, to be read to the Board at the designated time. Please send submissions to [email protected] .

The Washington County YouTube channel at www.YouTube/WashingtonCntyOregon is also available to view Board meetings. Board work sessions are broadcast in audio only with the County logo filling the screen. Regular meetings are streamed in full video. Those who subscribe to the County’s YouTube channel will be notified automatically when live-streaming begins.
